Aster Gauge 1 - 1-32nd scale B&O 2-8-2 converted to Gas Firing with R/C

Here we have a very interesting and unusual engine, an Aster B&O 2-8-2 in 1-32nd scale.

This loco has been converted when new to Gas firing with remote control, it has had a new boiler fitted to it for more efficient steaming.

The R/C works via a control panel in panel hidden in the tender, with a linkage from the servo on the panel to the regulator. The reverser is controlled with a foot plate mounted servo, the wire runs under the footplate and under the tender and connects to the receiver on the control panel.

The loco has been steam tested, and steams very well.

The R/C handset is present and there is a charger that charges the battery pack on the loco and if you put Rechargeable batteries in the handset it will charge these to.

If you want to convert the loco back to meth firing, I have the original in used Aster boiler that will come with the loco.

Please note due to the size and weight of loco this will be expensive to ship though not impossible.
